2 Any provision of this Agreement that provides for a limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranty or exclusion of damages is intended to allocate the risks under this Agreement between the parties. This division is an essential element of the basis for negotiations between the parties. Each of these provisions is severable and independent of all other provisions of this Agreement. The limitations in this section apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
3 You agree that in the event that you suffer any damage, loss or injury resulting from the acts or omissions of life-creation.net, the damage caused to you, if any, will not be irreparable or are sufficient, you are entitled to an injunction restraining any use of any websites, services, properties, products or other content owned or controlled by the life-creation.net Parties and you have no rights to prohibit or restrict the development, production, distribution, advertising, exhibition or use of any websites, properties, products, services or other content owned or operated by the life-creation.net Parties to be controlled.
4, you expressly acknowledge that life-creation.net is not liable for any content or the defamatory, offensive or unlawful conduct of any third party and that the risk of any harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
